comfortable bed good selection

the hotel staff were attentive. the bed in my room was quite comfortable. breakfast included a really good selection of options, i even had a full english.

the window handle in my room was broken, i found the room became too hot at night, even after turning off the heating.

city centre great staff cruise terminal room cleaning rubbish cleared butler service

the location is close to the city centre and shopping. friendly staff made my arrival great. the walk to the cruise terminal takes only 15 minutes

rooms were not cleaned everyday i stayed. rubbish was not cleared from bins. there were no butlers you carry your own luggage.

fantastic stay!

dog friendly hotel easy check-in convenient location

I loved how dog-friendly this place is! they gave us a king upgrade. the reception team was really nice and helpful. They made check-in easy. i really liked that the location is right next to westquay shopping mall, so convenient for shopping!

the room was a bit small. the room did not have cupboards, and it's a little frustrating to have a communal iron when i need to get ready for meetings (especially work meetings).
