the location is close to the city centre and shopping. friendly staff made my arrival great. the walk to the cruise terminal takes only 15 minutes

rooms were not cleaned everyday i stayed. rubbish was not cleared from bins. there were no butlers you carry your own luggage.

I loved how dog-friendly this place is! they gave us a king upgrade. the reception team was really nice and helpful. They made check-in easy. i really liked that the location is right next to westquay shopping mall, so convenient for shopping!

the room was a bit small. the room did not have cupboards, and it's a little frustrating to have a communal iron when i need to get ready for meetings (especially work meetings).

the hotel crew were smashing, helpful, and cheerful, it really set a good tone for the stay. the reception staff were helpful and check-in was easy.
